Fantastic little hotel in a brilliant location. Roof top restaurant is reasonably priced. Beds are comfy and pillows were very good. Stunning bathroom. Great view to the Quay but looks like a big building about to be built in front.

We booked the basic room. No view, but there is still natural light coming in to the room from the frosted window. Amazing stay, staff are friendly. 24 hours staff available. 5-7 mins walking distance to the CBD and less than 5 mins walk to the jetty. We enjoyed our 6 nights stay and will be more than happy to return.

Enjoyed a one night staycation NYE to welcome in 2026. Great location at Elizabeth Quay, within walking distance to a variety of venues, the city centre, and restaurants. The room was modest but comfortable, and for one night was fine. This is about our 3rd stay in Quay Perth, it’s always our go to for a short stay if seeing a concert at RAC Arena or other special event. Reception staff are welcoming and friendly and our was ready when we arrived at 12noon - fantastic!!

Highly recommend staying here! Pricing is good, great value. Room was beautiful, love the bathroom. We had a great view of Elizabeth Quay. Very clean and the staff are amazing, very accommodating. Loved the Rooftop restaurant and it's in such a great location!! Thanks Quay Perth!!

We checked in on Jan 24 at midnight and checked out on 28th. Our room is neatly design, small but efficient, overlooking the street. Location is within 5 minutes to Elizabeth Quay, service is perfect. Our room is cleaned daily with fresh towel, new coffee capsules are supplied daily.

Lovely little hotel for a weekend getaway! We were delighted to discover that we had received a free room upgrade to a lift room with a window seat overlooking the Esplanade. The bed was comfortable, with some of the best hotel pillows we've had in a long time. We also appreciated the variety of coffee pods and tea bags available in the room. Our only concern was the ease of accessing the hotel from the carpark but this could be easily remedied with some better signage. We would very happily stay again!
